Hey everyone!!! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas, and I hope your New Years plans are falling into place as well! My Christmas was great, it was lovely spending time with friends and family!
So I have been in the process of moving out, and it is absolutely NO fun! I have taken one car load (thanks to my brother, Jacob!) back to my parents house, and have enough stuff to fill up his car again... and maybe yet another time!!! I didn't realize how much stuff I had until I started packing. (Yikes!) I have been working on getting my bags for the trip packed as well! I am a horrible packer! When I pack for a week, I probably have enough for two months or more... So this trip is really challenging my packing abilities! The part that is difficult is that I not only have to pack for the Pacific Challenge part of the trip, but I also have to pack for the Student Teaching part of the trip! That is a lot of clothes, and unfortunately they are two completely different wardrobes. I am hoping that it will just work out... (And of course, that I don't forget anything!!!). I am thinking about e-mailing everyone else who is going and asking if they have extra places in their luggage if they would want to take some of my clothes!! Not sure if that is going to work, but it's worth a try, right? Well I suppose, I have taken a long enough break! Back to packing I go! (Although it won't last long... the Iowa Hawkeyes are playing tonight, and I have to cheer them on :)
